The house can be booked on a weekly basis, with dates to suit you.  The rental period is typically taken from 12 noon on the first day till 12 noon on the last day.  Bookings are now being taken for the autumn of 2010.

The weekly charge for 2010 is normally £420 per week.  Discounts are given for multiple weeks or bookings.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to reserve the house, with the remainder of the outstanding fee payable on reception of keys.

Gas and electric are charged separately, and are calculated on metered readings taken at the start and end of the tenancy.  The rental fee includes all broadband, telephone (to national and international landlines), water and insurance costs.

The rental period is covered by a legaly binding short-rental agreement, which needs to be completed prior to the reception of keys.
